Our strengths

Green buildings are future-proofed against increases in utility costs, potential energy and water supply problems, tightening legislation, carbon taxes and the impact of mandatory energy efficiency disclosure, as well as costly retrofits or even obsolescence. Our team has green building technology and environmental professional background. Every one of the team members holds profession skill and knowledge that can provide assistant throughout the programme. And we are ready to integrate our ideas into our work.

What we want to achieve

We would like to enrich the lives of the people of China to the mixed-use urban greenhouse that we design.
in addition we hope we can obtain a good rank in this game.
Last it is a good way to improve our skills and enrich our experience.

What are the main starting points of our concept?

We mainly consider about food crisis, agricultural production methods, mode of economic operation, ecological environment consideration.
First, the growth rate of food cannot keep up with the growth of population, which poses a threat to human survival.
Second, according to people’s common understanding, agricultural production is a relatively low-end industry. How to use high-tech means to enhance the image of the agricultural industry as well as to increase food production aroused our interest.
Third, the traditional agricultural production is difficult to bring economic value, how to increase its economic remains to be explored.
Last but not least, ecological environment issues are still a worldwide concern. How to deal with it will be a key point in our work.
Considering the abovementioned 4 points, the image of enclosed Chinese garden appears in our mind. And we think it may be a good answer. It can improve overall image of agriculture and is also environmental-friendly.

What are the main functions of our building?

The building is mainly divided into three functional areas, namely the exhibition area, the production the research area, and the administrative area.
The exhibition area will hold agricultural fairs and various restaurants and stalls are placed here. Multi-functional room is also in this place for propaganda or meetings.
The production the research area is used for plants cultivation and research. Besides, raw material from the surrounding farmlands is processed here.
The administrative area is for reception and many staff work here.

What are the unique selling points of our concept?

In the overall design, the concept of traditional enclosed garden is introduced. In terms of structure, an assembled structural system is adopted. The entire building is composed of cube units in the same size. It is constructed easily and can be recycled, which is friendly to the environment.
When it comes to the farmland, this kind of greenhouse farm project is a new industry in China, and has considerable development potential and social competitiveness. And we will further promote this production development model to other regions, thereby forming a network pattern.
Also, the project reflects the union of multiple industrial systems. Industries such as agriculture, education, catering, scientific research, and retail will all be included in operational considerations.
As for event planning, we will hold various agricultural fairs. It is a good opportunity to form such a business platform in this site. And it can also promote the sites’ popularity and drive supporting consumption.
